The distribution is limited to full-time employees that require frequent access to large portions of areas within the department’s area, in accordance with the Key Control Protocol, Safety & Security Services.

- the production and issue of keys;

- Keyholders are responsible for the safe keeping of any keys assigned to them. Keyholders shall not make copies of keys or transfer their keys to another person.
- Employees changing offices are to return their original keys to Safety & Security Services who will issue them new keys.
